ZeroSend 2.4.1 is a modern, standalone, privacy-first alternative to LocalSend that is explicitly optimized for virtual mesh networks (ZeroTier, Tailscale, Radmin VPN). It features Network-wide Shared Folders with Read-Only / Read-Write permissions, instant HTTP 206 partial content streaming for video and music without waiting for downloads, an authentic embedded lightweight Vim code and text viewer, a self-contained single-folder portable storage mode (`config.json`), mobile-first Web dropzone with camera/voice-notes shortcuts, dual QR access links, 4-stream parallel chunk streaming, on-the-fly folder ZIP compression, and dynamic light/dark themes.
